Licensed as a general contractor since 1981, Dan Owen has practical experience in all aspects of building construction.
In 1995 Dan apprenticed under Mark Haydon, a rain leak testing expert. Mark finds leaks and recommends ideal specifications for resolution and prevention, however he only consults and never repairs.
In 96 Dan formed Rain Leak Pros with his brother Doug. RLP found leaks and fixed them whether manifesting in ceilings, walls or floors. When his brother moved to Portland in 2005 Dan formed a partnership with businessman and contractor William Parrish forming what’s known today as Masters of Moisture.
Over the last 20 years Dan and William have helped renters, homeowners, contractors, architects & HOAs to find and fix leaks in and under homes, commercial buildings, underground parking structures and high rises.
If we’re the right company to do the necessary work, we’ll give a proposal, however we may refer to a specialist when in the best interest of our client.
In 30 years of leak finding we’ve never run across another company that compares to our ability to solve all types of moisture intrusion.
